Worth writing about

• A job on the site that has already been filled, or that looks like a scam.
• An advert of yours you want changed or taken down, if you have lost the manage link.
• Several jobs to fill.
• Something on the site that will not work with a keyboard, a screen reader or a small phone.
• A question about a job you posted.

If your advert is live

The manage link emailed to you when the advert went up is the quickest route. It lets you edit the wording, close the job the minute it is filled, and see how many people looked at it and pressed Apply. Lost the email? Write in and ask for the link again.

If you are applying for a job

Applications go to the employer, so they are the ones to ask about yours. Write in if an apply link is broken.
